The system of currency regulation and currency control, a part of an overall system of financial regulation, aimed at preserving and improving the sustainability of the economy, the prevention and suppression of the crisis, providing economic, financial security. In the context of the global economic crisis has affected directly and the Russian Federation, the subject of improving the state foreign exchange control of foreign trade, has acquired extraordinary importance. World experience shows that successful development of monetary relations, the domestic foreign exchange market is usually with the active participation of the regulatory state and the effective monitoring of foreign exchange from its authorized agencies.
